Strict supplier selection and supply chain management:
 
We assure quality and cost efficiency during the entire evaluation process. Even the raw materials are subject to strict controls. Only manufacturers with certified quality and cost management, which we select carefully through extensive audits, are considered as suppliers.
 

Controlled processes - Guaranteed quality
 
The production of glass fibers is highly automated. The making of each spool of fiber is precisely documented so as to monitor conformity with the specifications. This requires complex measurement technology and comprehensive data recording.
 

Certified Quality
 
All j-fiber products meet and exceed the international ITU recommendations G.651/G.652 and optical fiber pecifications IEC 60793-2. Our quality management is certified in accordance with DIN ISO 9001 and our facility has been successfully audited and certified by the DSCC, the Defense Supply Center, Columbus; USA.
 

Ecological Responsibility
 
j-fiber is a pioneer when it comes to environmental protection. We were the first optical fiber manufacturer that has undergone the European Union's strict eco-audit and had our environmental management certified in accordance with DIN ISO 14001. Even production based on complex chemical processes can conserve raw materials and operate in an environmentally compatible manner by means of emission control systems and recycling processes. We see this as our responsibility.
